Matthew Holmes has extended our house twice now, the Lounge and Dining Room both single storey, the Kitchen 2 Storey incorporating an En-suite Shower Room and separate Dressing Room in the second storey. He has also laid patio's and put up new fence work for us - our next project is to be the installation of a new Bio Chemical Septic Tank. He is a good hard working man that we can say is totally trustworthy and if he doesn't believe that something won't work, or look right, then he won't undertake the work - and there's not many people you can say that about is there

Matt Holmes has carried out the following building works for me over the last twelve to eighteen months:
Re-roofing three bedroom detached bungalow and fitting new Velux windows.
Stripping out and refitting shower room, floor and wall tiling plus shower unit and sanitary ware. Skim ceiling plaster and decorate.
Replacing guttering and down spouts.
Replacing cantilever carport support.
All works have been carried out to my entire satisfaction and l have found Matt to be completely trustworthy and extremely versatile in resolving any problems which may occur in the course of his work.
I have no hesitation in recommending him for all aspects of the build trade.
